我們的根莖類種子包含白蘿蔔、胡蘿蔔、紅菜頭、芥蘭頭等種子選擇。除了高華選育的品種之外，亦挑選了幾款在香港適宜種植、口感良好的進口根莖類種子，例如金菜頭、雜色胡蘿蔔等。你還可以在這裏找到香港本地生產的花生種子！所有品種均曾在高華花園試種，測試抗病、適應能力。
Our root vegetable seeds include radish, carrot, beetroot and kohlrabi. Apart from varieties picked from Clover's seed selection, a few imported varieties are included, such as golden beet and mixed-colour carrot seeds. You will also find peanut seed that is locally produced in Hong Kong here right at our farm! All varieties have been test-planted in our garden to check their disease resistance and adaptability.
