Mid-Summer Selection

Hong Kong's mid Summer can be unbearable no matter it rains or shines, but you can still grow crops with a little of our help. Particularly, perennial plants like Hangzhou Chrysanthemum, Pandan, Butterfly pea, and sand ginger are some seasonal flavour to grow in Summer.  If you happen to have followed our Facebook/Instagram, you will know that mugwort is the remedy for this season.  Sunflowers are not only good to look at, they are source of many micronuitrients when returned to soil, but also a cover crop for green manure.
