Delivery and Pickup Policy
Hong Kong Clover Seed Online Store is intended for small packages sales of seeds. Should you need larger amount (1kg~ / 10g~), please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp: 9818-8650.
Please be aware that we do not have any offline shops or partnering retails at the moment. However, you may come visit our office to make purchase directly, or make an order online for office pickup. Delivery and pickup information is as followed:
1) SF Express (Delivery fee required)
Delivered by SF Express. Charges HK$30 on each order (under 1kg), additional delivery fee will be charged when order is over 1kg. Free local delivery on orders purchasing over HK$500.

2) Surface Ordinary Letter (Delivery fee = $5)
Only applicable to order of 5 packets or less. Order of more than 5 packets will be sent via SF Express payment at arrival. Due to current shortage of packaging staff, order made on the same day to the same address will be sent via SF delivery.
Lost mails or damage on seeds will not be compensated.
3) The Clover Nursery Pickup
We will contact you through WhatsApp for your preferred time of pickup.
Should you wish to buy seed directly from our office, we also recommend you to book a timeslot with us to ensure the present of staffs.

To protect our ecosystem, please bring your own bag. Plastic bag is $1 each.
We can provide recycled cardboard to help you pack given that the amount is sufficient. We recommend you to bring your own cardboard box / plastic boxes to carry seedlings home.

We will contact you through WhatsApp for your preferred Wednesday of pickup.

Terms and Conditions
In cases of order where we can only partially supply the ordered products, we will refund the out of stock product, but customers should pay for other products that have been proceeded
Your order will be delivered from Clover Seed Co., Ltd. within 3 working days, but this may varied due to uncontrollable factors, such as weather, holiday, or delivery company's condition. Order under such uncontrollable factors are not subject to cancellation or refund.
Any order or payment proceeded indicates that you understand the terms and conditions of Clover Seed Co., Ltd. In case of any conflict, please refer to this terms and conditions for reference.
